Kildangan U11's Overcome St Kevins

Competing in their first ever all county game, Kildangan U11s enjoyed a comprehensive win against a strong St Kevins team Thursday evening in Kildangan. Points by Cian Murtagh, Mark O'Donovan, John Kelly, Rory McGrath and a Mark O'Donovan goal left Kildangan well ahead at half time. The scoring continued in the second half, with additional points by Eoin Budds, Cian Reilly and Oisin Irvine.

Kildangan goalkeeper Niamh Fitzgerald kept a clean sheet throughout, making several excellent saves.

For St Kevins, midfielder Elaina Prendergast kept her team within touching distance and displayed some excellent skills, the St Kevins half forward line of Luke Francis, Sophie Cullen and Jack McGee linked well, others to play well for St Kevins were backs Josh Gill and Senan Barrett.
