One of the key benefits of being a member of Kildangan GAA is the opportunity to attend an All Ireland Hurling or Football Final. Tickets for these events are strictly rationed, every GAA club in Counties not in the All Ireland receives four football and four hurling tickets. All Ireland tickets are usually in short supply.

Kildangan GAA, in common with all other GAA clubs, have a protocol to ensure fair distribution of these tickets. The main points of this protocol are detailed below.
  1. If the ticket is for an Adult member, who wishes to attend the All Ireland, this member gets preference over all other requests.
  2. If the number of ticket requests in section (1) exceed the available tickets, a lottery will held for adult members who wish to attend the All Ireland.
  3. If a surplus of  tickets exist after the application of section (1) and (2) above, tickets will be allotted to Adult members who intend to transfer the ticket to non members wishing to attend the All Ireland.
  4. If the number of ticket requests in section (3) exceed the available tickets, a lottery will held for Adult members who intend to transfer the ticket to non members wishing to attend the All Ireland..
  • All paid up Adult members as of 31st March of that year will be eligible to enter the lottery.
  • Requests for tickets must  be submitted  to the Club Secretary at least 10 days before the relevant All Ireland, on the Application Form.
  • Successful applicants will be notified 7 days before the event.
  • Tickets must be paid for in full on collection.
  • A person must be 16 years or older on the date of the event to qualify as an adult member.
  • Where allocation is by means of a lottery, two committee members will be present for the lottery.
  • Where a ticket is being transferred to a non-member, the Adult member is responsible for ensuring that the request is a bona fide request. In the past, All Ireland tickets have been offered for sale on ebay or by ticket touts. It is up to the member transferring the ticket to ensure that this does not happen.
  • Tickets must not be sold for more than face value.
  • In the event that there are any unused tickets after the application of sections 1-4 above, the allocation of these unused tickets is at the discretion of the Chairman/Secretary of the day.
  • In any dispute, the Chairman's decision will be final.
